Gurugram metro expansion update: 27 new stations, ₹5452.72 crore project starting May 1, 2025
Gurugram's 28.5km metro expansion, costing ₹5,452.72 crore (₹896.19 crore central, ₹4,556.53 crore Haryana), will begin May 1, 2025. The project includes 27 elevated stations connecting Millennium City Centre, Old Gurugram, and Cyber City, and is expected to serve 540,000 daily passengers (projected to increase to 726,000 by 2031).
